Ways to Work Together

Ways to Work Together

This is a trauma-informed practice that places both the client and practitioner at the center of the work, offering a relational, nature-based, strengths-focused, and empowerment-oriented approach to healing and well-being.

Below you will find the available investment options. Sessions are offered both in person (Vancouver and Burnaby) and online.

If you haven’t already, I invite you to begin with either a Discovery Call or an Initial Assessment & Connection Session. Following our initial session, you will have the option to continue online or in person.

Because meaningful and lasting change often emerges through consistency, I strongly encourage clients to commit to a series of sessions whenever possible. This is never an obligation, but rather an invitation to create the continuity and safety that support deeper healing and nervous system change. Single sessions are also available and can be booked under "Session Bookings."

For new clients, I periodically offer introductory bundles at a reduced rate. These offerings vary based on the needs of the collective, accessibility considerations, demand, and the current economic climate. My pricing reflects my training, experience, ongoing professional development, and the average market rates within my region.

Current bundle offerings are outlined below:

Option 1: Acute (6 sessions for the price of 5)

6 sessions (60 minute sessions) and an initial assessment if needed.

**Ideal for addressing specific and acute challenges.  This option offers a bit more structure around one key area of your life, rather than focusing on multiple challenges. Or here we focus on stability and connecting to the body if you are new to this work. This sets the foundation for not only further sessions but for life itself.  It’s often the first step missed in many treatment based approaches and why so many are still looping in their challenges.

IMPORTANT: to be used within 2 months of first session (Average 3 sessions a month)

Investment cost: $875, original 1,050

Option 2: Added Support (4 sessions for the price 3)

4 sessions (90 minute sessions) and an initial assessment if needed.

***Ideal for those who already have ongoing support in their lives (such as meditation, breathwork, therapy, reiki, etc…) and wish to spread out our sessions. These extended sessions can provide space for embodied mentorship, and the opportunity to address multiple areas of focus within a single session. Particularly supportive for individuals who process cognitively and benefit from having ample space to reflect, self-express, and integrate.

IMPORTANT: to be used within 2 months of first session (Average 2 session a month)

Investment cost: $732, original $976

ALL OPTIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

-An integrative approach that weaves together body-based coaching, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based work, and optional breathwork (to name a few), all guided by intuition and thoughtfully attuned to your unique needs.

-Completing threat cycles.

-A personalized approach tailored to your body’s specific needs, crafted in real-time during our sessions and thoughtfully developed outside of our live 1:1 sessions.

-Energetic Tracking: Together, we will outline your unique system, its adaptive strategies, and how it operates in the world.

-20 minute halfway check in via zoom.

-Nervous system re-education, somatic embodiment practices, grounded spiritual teachings and mentorship often emerge naturally in sessions-especially in response to the overwhelming amount of misinformation and pop culture ‘new age’ content found online.

I bring experience working across a wide spectrum of medical diagnoses and mental health challenges. With a clinical background in addiction and eating disorders, I also have experience working with personality disorders, anxiety and depression. While you don’t need to have experienced any of these specific challenges, my background equips me to support you through a variety of difficulties with skill and understanding.

I intentionally avoid using diagnostic labels or overusing the term "trauma," as they can sometimes reinforce cycles of limitation. While I have a deep, lived understanding of trauma, my approach prioritizes integration, presence, and respect for each individual’s unique path-meeting you exactly where you are, without defaulting to trends or assumptions.

Transparency from the start!

A woman with long dark hair, wearing a white blouse, sitting on a wooden bench in a lush garden, smiling and relaxing surrounded by green leaves, tomato plants with ripening tomatoes, and decorative stone statues of children.

Somatic Experiencing and my other qualifications are a  regulated body, however I do not accept insurance. I do offer discounted rates to ensure this healing work is more accessible. For business owners, it’s also tax-deductible. This by no means compromises the quality and effectiveness of your healing. In fact, many come to me when traditional therapists or clinical approaches have limited resources and haven’t taken them where they want to go! This allows me the flexibility to step outside the confines of registered bodies.

Take a moment to consider which option suits you best. I work with students and clients over a longer period of time because the nervous system moves out of threat cycles in rhythms - through consistency and familiarity. Without the pressure to get everything done in a single session, this leads to sustainable, long-term change. It has also often proven to be more cost-effective in the long run compared to sporadic sessions.
